Summary and scope
Council (the ‘Principal’) is seeking Tenders to establish a panel of appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver flood recovery roadworks and drainage works at unit rates utilising specified plant and labour. Councils’ roads and infrastructure were devastated during floods in March 2021 and in particular during the September 2022 flood. Council has a network of over 3000km of roads and most roads were affected by flooding. Council has received funding under the Essential Public Asset Restoration (EPAR) and Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement (DRFA). Council is currently seeking additional funding. Council is seeking to establish a panel of approved contractors to assist with delivering this flood recovery works covered under the above approved and sought funding.
