Council is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to assist in the exclusive marketing and sale of our industrial property/s - Lot 1 DP588918 & Lot 2 DP588919. This will include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that targets potential buyers within the industrial sector, as well as the negotiation with interested parties that results in the successful sale of the site.
