Summary and scope
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Building Trades & Ancillary Maintenance Services. The services to be provided must include provision of all resources, i.e., labour, plant, equipment and materials and the knowledge, care and skills to carry out works to the standards specified and any applicable legislative, Work Health & Safety and Environmental requirements, all as detailed in the tender documents. Please note that upgrades, renovations and new construction works are not covered by this Trades & Ancillary Maintenance Services Contract. Services for these activities and projects will be procured through a separate competitive process. A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Section 5 of this Tender document.
