Summary and scope
Council is seeking Quotations for qualified commercial entities to determine and advise on the necessary steps and impacts including, but not limited to, social and economic impacts, should Council decide to withdraw from providing some or all Children’s Services, and to provide advice on any alternative governance models that could be implemented by Council should Council continue to provide Children’s Services. The successful consultant is required to produce a report which details the necessary steps and impacts. Pre-Quotation Meeting: 09:00am Thursday 15 June 2023 via Microsoft Teams Council requests that respondents register their interest to attend the Pre-quotation meeting by confirming names of attendees via Vendorpanel forum prior to COB Wednesday 14 June.
