Reservoir Level 2 Inspection Program

Summary and scope

Council is seeking quotes for a detailed inspection of 6 x reservoirs (a dive clean required for 1 x reservoir only) remaining 5 can be emptied back into the network. Level 2 reporting to include a detailed scope for remediation of all internal components and materials prioritised for repair. Contractor must include a historical report for review, document treated as commercial in confidence. Contractor to also supply a high level work methodology. The reservoirs include: • Water Reservoir Clunes (can be emptied and offline- no diver required). • Water Reservoir High St Lower (can be emptied and offline- no diver required- cannot program Esmonde in parallel works). • Water Reservoir High Street Upper (Requires a diver) • Water Reservoir Esmonde (can be emptied and offline- no diver required). • Water Reservoir Wyreema (can be emptied and offline- no diver required). • Water Reservoir Ross St (can be emptied and offline- no diver required). Furthermore, Council is seeking a risk rating on all reservoirs in terms of prioritising works dependant on identified condition of the reservoirs. Decision Criteria and weighting for Council to award this contract: Price (25%), Local Content (25%) -how you will stimulate Lismore’s economy during the works, Capability & Experience (25%) and Availability to Mobilise (25%).
