Summary and scope
Wagga Wagga City Council require a suitable EPA licensed and compliant contractor to provide the service for the removal and disposal (via Land application or composting) of Biosolids from their Kooringal and Narrung St Sewage Treatment Plants in Wagga Wagga. The successful contractor will have sole access to all Biosolids for a period of a 1 year period from the signing of the contract with an option to extend the contract by four (4) 12-month periods at the sole discretion of Council.
