Architectural Consultant Services

Summary and scope

Council is seeking appropriately qualified architectural design and drafting & design organisations to undertake necessary architectural/drafting design work to assist in delivering future projects from concept design to architectural & construction plans (DA stage). Projects will vary between major and minor projects. Being a local government Organisation, projects may include but are not limited to large commercial buildings to domestic housing or public amenities. From concept to proceeding with a project there may be significant time delays due to funding and budget allocations, community consultation and Council adoption. You will be required to provide evidence of your experience in working with government agencies. Council is focused on supporting our regional economy, therefore experience working in this space or a regional presence would be viewed favourably (specifically Central West NSW). A demonstrated understanding of our location, materials, climate and expectations is required. A local preference discount is also applicable to those in our LGA. This tender is to form a prequalification panel formed by those that are proven to meet Council’s mandatory criteria and acceptable pricing for the Panel Term. The Panel will be valid for three (3) years with no extension period.
