RFT 2024/1 Annie Pyers Drive – Construction Tender

Summary and scope

Council requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete the enclosed scope of works for the Annie Pyers Drive Construction. The scope of works includes provision of a high-quality concrete pavement of 2 lanes, associated drainage infrastructure for vehicles using Annie Pyers Drive to access the Service Centre and Dog on the Tucker box infrastructure within the vicinity of the works. The purpose of the works are to ensure that vehicles who use Annie Pyers Drive have a safe and comfortable journey on Annie Pyers Drive. The project includes all works required to upgrade the failed length of Annie Pyers Drive to a concrete pavement. The footprint of the works are outlined in the detailed design drawings of the works. A compulsory pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for 22 August 2023 at 9am on-site at Annie Pyers Drive. All tenderers must attend the meeting for awareness of the current scope of works.
