Summary and scope

o Preparation and submission of conceptual/Preliminary designs for the cattle delivery ramps & sheep yard draft ramps, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. (Sample design for both cattle and sheep ramps is available and installed on site, please refer to the attached Photos on technical specifications). o Develop detailed drawings, including structural and architectural plans, sections, and elevations. o Identifying, proving, and clearly marking all existing services within the works area. o Site preparation, including removal of existing concrete steel delivery ramps following appropriate demolition techniques and disposal procedures for concrete and steel waste and site survey to define remedial areas. o Prepare the site for the installation of new ramps by grading and leveling the area to ensure a stable foundation. o Construct or install any necessary footings, supports, or substructures required to support the new steel ramps securely. o Excavation of suitable foundations for the cattle delivery/sheep draft ramps, ensuring proper depth and dimensions. o Construction of Cattle delivery and Sheep draft ramps as per the approved designs and specifications. o Fabricate and install the steel framework according to the approved design and engineering calculations. o Non-slip concrete flooring along the ramps ensuring proper slope and efficient water runoff.
