Summary and scope
The following services are required to form part of our holistic Employee Wellbeing Program and EAP for MidCoast Council to cater for ~1200 staff. Council is seeking to partner with a service provider to promote physical and psychological wellbeing for our staff. Ideally the service would deliver proactive health and wellbeing information and resources to Council staff through a range of media platforms. The service should also offer individual support through EAP counselling for staff in need. Further details can be found within the attached document - MidCoast Council - Employee Wellbeing Program MidCoast Council Terms & Conditions will be leveraged for this procurement activity and suppliers must also adhere to MidCoast Council Statement of Business Ethics Policy.
