Summary and scope

To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Lismore City Council (Council) operations and projects on occasion, Council requires the assistance of appropriately skilled and experienced consultants to supply a range of environmental sampling, monitoring and analytical services. Council is seeking an unranked panel of environmental consultants able to provide sampling, monitoring and analytical services for a period of 2 years + 2 year extension option at Council’s sole discretion. These services may be required across all sectors of Council. Contract engagement may vary in size and value from a few thousand dollars to few hundred thousand dollars if not more. Successful tenderers will be placed on an unranked panel of providers and engaged as required by way of a Request before Order; with price, availability and timetable for the provision of Deliverables being assessed upon each Request. A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Section 2 – the Specification of this Tender document.
