Summary and scope
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a digitisation partner for a large archival digitisation project. The goal of the project is to digitise around 70% of the corporate archive, to support digital transformation goals and increase the utility of information holdings across Council, and within Council's wider municipality. As such, we are now seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced vendors. This Expression of Interest process forms part of a wider procurement process, which will run to the timetable listed in Part 1, Section 4. It is important that vendors can meet all deadlines in this process. Please note that only successful Vendors who have made an EOI Submission will be invited to the next stage which is a Select Tender process.
