Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park located on Alcorn Street in Suffolk Park NSW, caters for a mixture of short-term holiday guests and long-term residents. The park is undergoing some compliance works for the long-term precinct. The long-term precinct requires the Goods and/or Services of a contractor to undertake the following: Demolition and disposal of 4 dwellings Supply and install 6 new dwellings Relocate 2 dwellings Provide car spaces to 6 new dwelling sites plus 1 existing site Supply and install 7 privacy screens and 7 storage sheds Obtain Section 68 approvals for items 2 and 3 above.
