Summary and scope
A Request for Quotation is sought for the delivery of maintenance services of Councils Water Stop Valve, Hydrant, Air Valve, Scour Valve appurtenance network. The services required will be the supply of plant and labor to service and maintain the water supply valve network in the Local Government Area. Council will supply all materials to undertake works, Contractors will supply staff and plant along with traffic guidance devices to undertake the works. The contractor will supply monthly reports for asset management and works reporting along with GPS data information. Council requires a rate per fitting to service each hydrant, stop valve, air valve and scour valve, along with an hourly rate for plant and labor works associated to the contract where further works are required.
