Venue features: Well-appointed commercial kitchen Two fully equipped bars Capacity for 150 seated guests Wrap around balcony with soaring harbour views Direct beach access The successful tenderer will have the opportunity to enter into a lease of the Premises with the Council for seven (7) years and an option to renew the Lease for an additional five (5) years. The Premises will be leased unfurnished and "as is". Council will welcome and give favourable consideration to any innovative proposal in relation to upgrading and refurbishment works. Enquiries concerning the tender must be directed to the Vendor Panel Portal as nominated in the Tender Details Schedule (www.vendorpanel.com.au) where relevant documents can be downloaded. Proposals are to be lodged electronically via Vendor Panel Portal. Proponents must first register on the site and then follow the prompts to submit their proposal electronically. An electronic tender must be received in its entirety, and not merely dispatched, prior to the Closing Time. A mandatory Pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 10 am Wednesday 29 November 2023. This Tender will close at 3 pm, Wednesday 20 December 2023 (time in Woollahra NSW).
