Can be on A3 sheet folded or A4 stapled • 6 pages Community Survey – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, Can be on A3 sheet folded or A4 stapled • 1 reply-paid DL envelope, single sided black and white • Word documents and addresses in Excel will be supplied once finalised. Draft copies are attached. • All are to be folded and posted using DLX size envelope.
