Summary and scope

1.4 Scope of Works i. Design of a new Telescopic Pipe Decant Mechanism (Double Trough Vertical Decanter) for EAT Tank 1 and 2. (Workshop drawings are to be submitted and approved by MCC prior to commencing Fabrication of the telescopic pipe decant mechanism) ii. Removal of the old decant mechanisms (Mechanisms are to be disposed of offsite) iii. Supply of the new Telescopic Pipe Decant mechanism (Double Trough Vertical Decanter) iv. Installation of the new Telescopic Pipe Decant mechanism (Double Trough Vertical Decanter) v. Commissioning of the new Telescopic Pipe Decant mechanism. vi. Review and liase to the functional description (Functional description to be provided by MCC) vii. Training on Maintenance and Operation of Telescopic Pipe Decant mechanism. viii. Repair, reinstate safety fence, supply, and install new stanchions and self-closing gates as per Contract Drawings ix. Prepare and paint with 2 coats of high-build epoxy to the manufacturer's specifications, all above ground and existing exposed pipework as required. Within EAT Tank. x. Supply and install new signage and support posts as per MCC standard drawings. 1.4 Scope of Works i.
