Summary and scope
UrbanGrowth NSW is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide roofing slate as specified in this ITT. UrbanGrowth NSW requires the provision of roofing slate suitable for heritage building repair works as of as described in Part D Technical Specification. The roof repair and replacement works will be undertaken by others and do not form part of this ITT. The Delivery Place will be within the Greater Metropolitan Area of Sydney (New South Wales, Australia) at a place to be nominated by UrbanGrowth NSW. The slate is required to be delivered as soon as possible from February 2016 onwards. Progressive delivery of the slate will be considered as set out in this ITT.
