SMRC: RMCC TfNSW Heavy Patch 2023/2024 Program

Summary and scope

Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide their best quotes to carry out the SMRC (TfNSW) RMCC Heavy Patch program 2023/2024 The contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, traffic controls, operators, gravel, stabilant and primer seal. Heavy patches are to be compacted to the TfNSW specifications, graded to existing surface levels and primer sealed to match existing road width. • The heavy patch locations and approximate area for each location are as follows:- Kosciuszko road MR286 - Area: 1,500 m2 (Provisional Sum Item) Monaro Hwy SH19 - Area: 13,000 m2 Total Area: 14,500 m2 Council reserves the right to make reasonable alterations/adjustments to the location, details and/or scope of the proposed works in consultation with the selected contractor, without the need for recalling for quotations if a suitable agreement can be reached. Any works that have been agreed by both parties after due consultations made in this regard will not be construed as a Variation.
