Gwydir Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified building/construction firms to carry out the construction of a new administration building located in the township of Bingara, New South Wales. Construction is anticipated to take place in the first half of 2024. Estimated cost of the project is $5.05M ex GST. EOI's close 5 December 2023. This EOI process will obtain 4 – 5 suitably qualified, experienced, and interested building contractors to form a select tender list. Select tenderers will participate in a lump sum select tender related to the construction of a new administration building in Bingara NSW, for Gwydir Shire Council.
