Council is looking at the feasibility and location of the proposed Synthetic field(s) and has determined two possible locations. Based on their site analysis, the consultant will be expected to assess and provide recommendations on the location(s) of the proposed Synthetic field(s). This will be presented for approval, and direction will be provided by Council ahead of detailed design. The whole Cook Park precinct design will be carried out by a Lead Designer appointed by Council. The consultant selected in this RFQ will be novated across the Lead Designer
