Summary and scope
The Hire of Plant and Equipment, for Council works within the Cessnock City Council Local Government Area. This hire will be on a daily hire basis wet and dry as required. This panel shall include rates including an operator (Wet hire, rate A) and without an operator (Dry hire, rate C) Please refer to the specifications and pricing excel sheets. Pricing is to Include GST. The returnable schedules will need to be completed and uploaded into this Vendor Panel request by the the close of tender, 2pm Tuesday 16th April 2024. . The period of this contract is 3 (Three) years with a 12 (twelve) month extension based on supplier performance. 1 October 2024 to 1 October 2027 All submissions recieved will be evaluated on the following criteria - Tendered Price Suitability Local Preference Work Health & Safety Performance Environmental Management Performance
