Lithgow City Council- 2024/25 Spray seal for capital works and schedule of rates for other works

Summary and scope

This tender is for the supply of spray sealing services to Lithgow Council in the 2024/25 fiscal year. Due to the upcoming Council elections, this tender has been placed prior to the Council approval of the capital works program, which may mean that the listed program may be altered after the determination of this tender. This tender will be for the works listed (pending Council approval) as well as a schedule of rates for other currently unspecified works which will be quoted for as they arise. The seal required will be either a 2 coat 20/10, a 2 coat14/7or a single coat 10 or 7mm. The specific seal will be noted in the attached list of works for the known works and will be specified in the request for quote for those works not specified. It is expected that the dates for sealing will be starting in September as the weather in our LGA warms up and will run through to May 2025. There will be a location map for the capital works attached to the tender which will indicate the site and area to tip stone.
