Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to reconstruct the Kerb, Channel and Crossover, together with other works as set out in the Specification, in order to conduct road safety works on Ontario Avenue, in front of Ranfurly Primary School. ENQUIRIES: Any enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation or all or any part of a quotation and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. SCOPE: The scope of this procurement is to reduce road risks via infrastructure upgrade at Ontario Avenue - for the students, their parents and other road users. The main objective of this project is to reduce potential risk associated during school hours and develop a safe road user experience. The scope of this project includes: Demolition as per the design at tender stage. Concreting - Kerb and Channel and Crossover as per the design at tender stage. Road Pavement works - as per the design at tender stage. Signage and line marking installation - as per the design at tender stage. Landscaping and reinstatement of site.
