The purpose of this EOI is to invite suitably qualified and innovative architectural practices to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in a two-stage design competition for the Precinct H residential mixed-use site at Shell Cove. The Precinct H site occupies a prominent location in the Shell Cove Waterfront Precinct and provides an opportunity to create a landmark destination through innovative design. It is located on the northern harbour entry, with ocean views to the east and south, and harbour views to the west. The Shell Cove Project is delivered as a joint venture between Frasers Property Australia (FPA) and Shellharbour City Council (SCC), who emphasise the importance of good design. This EOI process seeks to stimulate innovative and imaginative architectural and urban design solutions which exhibit cost effective design excellence and respond to the unique characteristics of the Shell Cove project.
