Summary and scope
MidCoast Council are seeking requests for a combination of Stormwater Drainage including remediation works and design and construction of the mentioned required drainage system to assist in mitigating future movement and deterioration of the Stroud Medical Centre. Works are to be quoted in accordance with the MTE advice, with flexibility for design alteration and recommendations relating to groundwater management / stormwater drainage. The proposed ‘French Drain’ system is an optional design to be quoted on and provided in appendix a for your reference. Should respondents decide to propose an alternate system, a design / drawing is to be provided, outlining materials and associated details.
