Refer attached R.F.T. Please see response below The scope of work document states that the main contractor will handle the construction of access roads. Can you confirm if the road work in this contract will be done by someone else? - Correct, Council will construct the road. Can you specify the length of the culverts that the council will supply? For example, are they 1.2 meters or 2.4 meters long? - Council will try to provide 2.4m long culverts if possible Where will the coffer dams be located? - They will be located in consultation with the Contractor and upstream land holder. We see that road base is included in the list of materials provided by the main contractor. Please provide a list of the quarry materials that the council will supply. - road base only For Item 2(b), please provide the quantities for earthworks. We haven't received any drawings or cross sections to help us calculate this volume. Also, can you confirm the area of earthworks needed if the road work (access roads) is done by someone else? - The contractor has to calculate the earthwork and the side track will be constructed by Council edit
