SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TENDER Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of front of house customer service staff services at the Netstrata Jubilee Stadium for all events and other Council engagements. A detailed scope of works and outlining the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document. CURRENT SITUATION There is currently an incumbent provider who have been providing services for the Council since 2019. TIMETABLE The timetable below provides details of key events and dates with regard to the Tender process. Dates are approximate and may vary: Tender Opens -11 February 2025 Site Inspection and Briefing - 12noon Wednesday 19 February 2025 Tender Closes - 2:00pm on Tuesday 11 March 2025 Anticipated Award - 26 May 2025 Works Commence (transition) - 2 June 2025 CLOSING TIME The Closing Time for this RFT is at 2.00pm on Tuesday 11 March 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
