Summary and scope

A senior football club currently operates at Weston Bears Park. Current facilities include a full-size soccer field, a grandstand, spectator seats and an open, unformed area at the entrance for car parking. The current grandstand and site facilities are aging and cannot satisfy the needs of the club for training and holding the semi-professional level events and competitions associated with the club. Construction includes refurbishments to the existing grandstand, new amenities buildings which will include unisex changerooms, equipment store, club room with canteen/bar, first aid, strength and conditioning room, and formalised landscaping and carparking.
