Summary and scope
Council carries out varied concrete construction works as part of the councils operational program across the local government area. Works may include;• Footpath new and replacement programs• Kerb and gutters• Insitu concrete structures ie drainage inlets, roundabouts and other related structuresEngagement may occur in the following ways;1. Full scope (Supply, deliver and install), (Supplier supply’s complete works materials and labour)2. Formwork and labour. Council does the excavation and will supply steel and concrete and joints.3. Council will excavate only. Everything else supplied by contractor.(Formwork, steel and concrete from the contractor)This shall be a panel contract. The Contract will run for Three years in total (two years, with one-year extension based on supplier performance). The estimated start contract date will be approximately December 2026.
