Summary and scope
Murray River Council (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced engineering consultant to provide water treatment plant master planning, infrastructure options assessment, design services and construction tendering and technical support for projects at the Moama Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The projects will be delivered as separate workstreams under a single consultancy contract.Note that Council is seeking a single consultant to perform all three components of the engagement. A conforming tender will require pricing for all components.
