Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out the Works under the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets Visitor & Administration Centre Contract CD26/7580. The Works include the Construction, commissioning and handover of a new Administration Building at the Dubbo Regional Livestock markets (DRLM), incorporating the Dubbo Heavy Vehicle Wellbeing Centre and associated external works A pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
