Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from contractors to reconstruct approximately 1.25 km of failed pavement sections on Meridian Road, Yelta. The works include removal of the existing failed pavement, stabilisation of the underlying formation, construction of a new pavement, application of a primer seal, and reinstatement of pavement markings.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
