The purpose of the project is to carry out early works to support the redevelopment of Apex Park Cessnock.The project is being funded from contributions by the Commonwealth via the Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program (rPPP).The redevelopment consists of:• Naturalization to the drainage channel• Landscaping and cultural artwork• Carparking, lighting, shelters and footpathsProvide a Lump Sum Tender for the works detailed within the Contract Documentation which may be generally described as the Apex Park – Ausgrid HV augmentation and associated works.The Contract Documentation includes Electrical Design documents, Geotechnical Reports, Survey, Services information, Preliminaries, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
