Summary and scope
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver environmental testing services across the sites listed below. The scope of services includes laboratory analysis of samples delivered, and the reporting of test results in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender. The engagement will include one or a range of suitably skilled and competent providers capable of supporting Council’s day-to-day operational activities across various service areas. Successful respondents will be engaged on a contractual term, ‘The Contract term’ will be structured as follows: • One (1) year probationary period; and • Two (2) additional options on 1 year each, subject to satisfactory performance. The options will be exclusively held by Council.
