Summary and scope

Ballina Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitable Vendors for an online timesheet, attendance, leave management and award interpretation solution. The solution is intended to provide consistent, electronic and audible processes for office, depot, mobile and field-based staff while improving payroll accuracy, accountability, compliance and workforce reporting.The required solution must support electronic records of work, leave management, workflow-based approvals, automated interpretation of relevant industrial instruments, payroll validation, and integration with Council’s existing payroll and enterprise systems.Council will retain Civica Altitude as its payroll system of record. Replacement of the existing payroll capability is outside the mandatory scope of this procurement. Tenderers may identify broader payroll functionality only as a clearly separated and separately priced optional future enhancement.
