Summary and scope
MidCoast Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Design and Construction of the Diamond Beach Park Sports Lighting Project.The works generally comprise the detailed design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new LED sports field lighting system, including lighting poles, foundations, underground electrical infrastructure, associated structural and electrical works, and all other works necessary to deliver a complete and operational sports lighting system.The completed works are to achieve the specified sports lighting performance requirements and comply with the Contract Documents, relevant Australian Standards, statutory requirements and MidCoast Council requirements.The project will provide improved lighting infrastructure at Diamond Beach Park to support evening football training and competition use by junior and senior teams, fully activate the site for extended sporting use and increase sporting capacity within the Hallidays Point locality.
