Situated within the Neighbourhood Centre at East Village, Spring Farm, the site is adjoined to the north by community land for a future Community Centre and the established village Park. Together these parcels are located opposite future compact housing lots which span from the north to the east. A Woolworths supermarket and shopping precinct, as well as a Petrol station are located within close proximity to the west of the Neighbourhood Centre Precinct. The plan of subdivision and an application for a subdivision certificate has recently been submitted to Camden Council. The closing date for receipt of a Tender is 5.00pm Thursday 17 November 2016. Tenders will be assessed after the closing time by UrbanGrowth NSW in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender document.
