Please refer to the attached Request for Tender document (RFT) and Appendix 1 attachments In Summary: The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for gravel re-sheeting works on selected portions of Duncan Road. The Works consists of the re-sheeting of multiples of 500 meter longitudinal sections of Duncan Road within the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley including the delivery and placement of shale road base material. A Contract will be awarded for the proportionate number of 500m longitudinal sections that can be accommodated for within the Principals budget. Clarification to tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Monday 13 February 2017. Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 17 February 2017. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
