Request for Tender: T17-16/17 Gambier Street Drainage Upgrade

Summary and scope

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the upgrade of stormwater drainage on Gambier Street in Wyndham. The Gambier Street stormwater drainage upgrade contract will consist of the mandatory activity areas detailed in part 6.3.4 Table 1. The Principal reserves the right, subject to the Principal’s budget, to include the activity areas detailed in Part 6.3.4 Table 2. The Works include the mandatory activity areas detailed in Table 1, with the optional addition of Table 2. i.Table 1: Stage one (1) - mandatory works: remove and replace stormwater drainage, one(1) outflow Headwall (HW01) and install new Manhole (MN01); ii.Table 2: Stage two (2) - optional addition: remove and replace stormwater drainagebetween MH01 to Side Entry Pit (SEP01). Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Thursday 1 June 2017. Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 9 June 2017. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
