Expression of Interest for Hire of Plant - 2 year Period to 30 June 2019

Summary and scope

Snowy Monaro Regional Council is seeking Expression of Interest for hire of plant and equipment for a 2 year period to 30th June 2019. By virtue of this Expression of Interest, Council wishes to establish an arrangement with suitable contractors to hire their plant and equipment. Council reserves the right to negotiate with those who submit an EOI after the closing date on any aspect of their submission or to clarify any additional conditions or requirements that may need to be imposed before the commencement of hire. Council requests that all interested parties download, read and understand the attached Conditions of Plant and Truck Hire For Council’s Preferred Contractor Register and Offers for Hire of Plant/Truck Checklist and Forms. Those submitting to the EOI must upload into VendorPanel all pricing schedules and all documents requested to be considered. Submissions without all the documents will not be considered or invited to the next stage. Successful parties will also be required to upload requested documents again at a later stage.
