Summary and scope
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of the Casino Swimming Pool Clubhouse Upgrade. Scope include and not limited to: • Demolition of current structure • Construction of new facility as per plans provided • Council will issue a Construction Certificate, approvals and PCA duties will be managed by Council • The tenderer is to prepare a Safety Management Plan. This plan will contain references to the risk management • Works are to be completed and the facility building operational by 25 February 2025. Please refer to Attachments (See Appendices 1-7) for full set of drawings for complete scope of works.
