Currently the pool is leaking excessively with leak detection investigations already carried out. A consultant’s design report is attached detailing the creation of a new balance tank inside the current pool shell to overcome the leaking issues, and also as a way to overcome contaminated soil disturbance, to have little or no soil removal from site.
