Byron Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) to identify opportunities within the market for facilities to process food and garden organic (FOGO) waste from August 2025. We recognise the diverse needs and capacities of potential suppliers and therefore respondents are invited to propose their preferred duration of service, ranging from securing short-term to long-term agreements/contract up to five years with possible extensions available.
