EnergyCo is seeking expressions of interest from local suppliers and businesses interested in participating in the delivery of the project.The Newcastle Logistics Precinct will provide a dedicated logistics hub for the storage, handling and movement of Oversize and/or Overmass (OSOM) equipment and materials required for projects in the Central-West Orana, New England and Hunter-Central Coast Renewable Energy Zones.EnergyCo is currently undertaking a Request for Tender (RFT) process to appoint a contractor to deliver the design and construction of the Newcastle Logistics Precinct. EnergyCo is seeking to collate an NLP database of interested local suppliers and service providers, which will be made available to tenderers and the future successful contractor to support consideration and engagement of local capability throughout project delivery.
