⚡ Project Overview: Hunter Transmission Project (HTP) EnergyCo NSW is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the Hunter Transmission Project (HTP), a critical State-significant infrastructure initiative designed to support New South Wales' transition to clean energy. This project involves the construction of approximately 100 km of new 500 kilovolt (kV) overhead transmission lines connecting Bayswater in the Upper Hunter to Olney in the Lower Hunter. 🏗️ Scope of Work This work package (ID: icnwp84623) covers the Full Scope of transmission line construction. Key project components include: Transmission Infrastructure: Construction of 100 km of 500 kV transmission lines. Substation Works: Development of two new switching stations at Bayswater and Olney, alongside upgrades to existing substations at Bayswater and Eraring.
