Inner West Council (IWC) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the Parramatta Road Urban Amenity Improvement Program (PRUAIP) Leichhardt and Camperdown Precincts, Construction. IWC is to engage a suitably qualified Civil Works construction company, to construct as per the detailed design completed for the four projects as below: • Public domain improvement to key North-South Streets perpendicular to Parramatta Road – Rofe Street, Renwick Street, Norton Street, Balmain Road, Catherine Street and Crystal Street, Leichhardt • New cycle connection along Dot Lane (and Parramatta Road as a temporary connection), Leichhardt • Conversion of Petersham Street to a Plaza, Leichhardt. • New North-South pedestrian and cycle connection along Johnstons Creek from Wigram Road to Chester Street, Camperdown
