Summary and scope
Inner West Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for the; Westconnex M5-St Peters Interchange Active Transport Works-Part 2, Design & Construction (D&C) for the EXTENSION of the Proposed Cycling Bridge at Bedwin Rd, and auxiliary works, St Peters. The New M5 includes a number of active transport measures including new and improved pedestrian / cycle paths for IWC. The Mary St to St Peters Station Cycleway (includes the D&C of a cable bridge with cycling infrastructure over the top. The D&C for the cable bridge as funded by TransGrid, is well underway, and does not form part of this tender This tender is for EXTENSION ONLY, of the bridge at Bedwin Rd over the railway to be delivered by IWC, funded by WCX/TfNSW) There will be a non- mandatory project briefing held on 3rd December 2020 at 10am via a Skype Meeting.
