Broken Hill City Council (Council) has budgeted funds in the 2020/21 FY to undertake pavement reconstruction works on Kanandah Road at 2 isolated locations. Council requires a suitability qualified/competent contractor to undertake all required works required to as shown on the design drawings. The contractor shall provide all the plant, labour and material required to complete the works in accordance with the specification and the drawings, including all WHS (works in accordance with COVID-19 Safe Plan), Quality and verification requirements. Overall Scope of Work: • Preliminaries (including mobilisation to site, Traffic Management, WHS and Quality requirements) • Demolition works • Pavement Reconstruction including granular pavement layers and asphalt surfacing. • Line marking reinstatement A defects liability period of 2 years is required for this contract and is to commence at Practical Completion.
