T1093/22 Box Road Fields Reconstruction - Viewing Platform

Summary and scope

Construction of a new suspended concrete viewing platform. Attached to the existing clubhouse of Box Road Reserve, Sylvania. The scope of works shall be completed as shown in the attached drawings. The works to be performed under the contract include, but is not limited to: Establishment • Site establishment • Provision of amenities • Install and maintain environmental controls • Install perimeter site fencing • Install pedestrian and traffic controls • Service locating Installation • Disconnection and isolation of the existing services. • Demolition and removal of the necessary structures. • Excavation and reuse on site of the excavated materials. • Construction of New Concrete Viewing platform Site disestablishment • Make good the site after construction • Document the maintenance schedule of the new facilities • Provide As-Build Documentation for the new facilities • Removal of all temporary works and site facilities • Removal of all environmental barriers and controls. • Removal of all excess materials and construction equipment Defect & Maintenance period of 12 Months • Repair, Support and maintain the new facilities to the maintenance schedule A full scope of work is detailed in the Drawings.
